Union Tile Finishers are employed by ceramic tile contractors to mix mortar, install grout, clean finished surfaces, stock materials, and perform other duties on new and remodeled construction. A Tile Finisher does most of the setting up of materials at the job and cleans up afterward.

How do new apprentices get their first job? The applicant must seek his/her own employment from participating employers, after meeting the qualifications to enter an apprenticeship program.
